From November 13th to 14th, 2024, the National Leather Machinery Industry Development Exchange Meeting and the 2024 Annual Meeting of China Leather & Shoe Machinery Commission of China Leather Industry Association（CLIA） were held in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Centered around the theme of leather machinery industry development, the meeting provided a platform for dialogue, communication, and exchange within the industry.

The participants had in-depth exchanges and discussions on problems existing in the development of the leather machinery industry and technological innovation. They also shared insights on the technical applications of digitalization and intelligent sorting and cutting in the traditional leather industry. Representatives from leather manufacturing enterprises came up with their requirement for equipments such as standardized production, information management, production automation, and intelligent production.
