The 2024 Annual Meeting of China Footwear and Shoes Materials Commission of the China Leather Industry Association（CLIA） was successfully held on November 4-5, 2024 in Huidong County，Guangdong province. The theme of this meeting was "Focusing on New Quality Productive Forces, Embracing the Journey Ahead ".

Over 360 participants, including leaders from CLIA and local governments, representatives from domestic and international footwear manufacturers, shoes materials suppliers, shoe machinery enterprises, universities, as well as business associations in the leather industry from various regions, attended the meeting to jointly discuss the future development trends and innovation paths of the footwear and shoes materials industry.

The meeting also featured interactive forums with the themes of "The Greater Bay Area Leading the Upgrade and Development of the Footwear Industry" and "The Deconstruction and Reconstruction of the Supply Chain".
